Travel plans can change. At Goki Grand, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible.

General Guidelines

• Cancellations must be requested in writing (via email or through your travel consultant).

• Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and tour packages are subject to the cancellation rules of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

• Our service charges are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

Standard Timelines (for Packages booked with Goki Grand)

• 30 days or more before departure: Minimum cancellation fee + supplier charges.

• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total booking cost.

• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total booking cost.

• Less than 7 days before departure / No-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Note: Certain promotional airfares, hotel deals, or special holiday packages may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.
