Refund Policy

At Goki Grand, refunds are processed according to airline, hotel, and supplier rules.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be initiated only after we receive the same from the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

  • The refund amount will be less of cancellation charges, service charges, and applicable taxes.

  • Refunds may take 7–21 working days to reflect in your bank/card account (depending on the payment gateway and financial institutions).

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations beyond our control), refunds are subject to supplier policies.
