At Goki Grand, refunds are processed according to airline, hotel, and supplier rules.
Refunds (where applicable) will be initiated only after we receive the same from the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.
The refund amount will be less of cancellation charges, service charges, and applicable taxes.
Refunds may take 7–21 working days to reflect in your bank/card account (depending on the payment gateway and financial institutions).
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations beyond our control), refunds are subject to supplier policies.
