Delete your data

You can ask Goki Grand Tours & Travels to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your WhatsApp messages and enquiry history.

How to ask

• Send "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp to the number you chatted with us on, or to +91 97902 20077, or
• Email hello@gokigrand.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number or email you used with us.

What happens next

We will confirm your request within 7 days and delete your enquiries, conversations and contact details within 30 days. Invoices and accounting records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the legal period and then deleted; we will tell you if this applies.
