Goki Grand Tours & Travels ("Goki Grand", "we"), based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India, plans and books holidays, flights, hotels, visas and related travel services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can control it. It applies to our website gokigrand.com, our chat assistant Miss Hanna, our WhatsApp Business number and our email.
What we collect
- Contact details — name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email address and city.
- Trip details — destinations, dates, number and ages of travellers, preferences, budget and answers you give in our destination game or chat.
- Booking details — traveller names, dates of birth, passport or ID details and other information that airlines, hotels, embassies or insurers require for your booking.
- Messages — conversations with us on WhatsApp, email, phone or the website chat, including files you send (tickets, passport copies, photos).
- Payment records — amounts, dates and references. Card and bank details are entered on our payment partner's (Razorpay) secure page; we do not see or store them.
- Basic technical data — such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website working and secure.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare itineraries and quotations, and make and manage your bookings.
- To send you quotations, booking confirmations, invoices, payment reminders, travel documents and trip updates — including by WhatsApp and email.
- To issue GST invoices and keep the accounting records the law requires.
- To provide support before and during your trip.
- Occasionally to share offers we think you'll like; you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or telling us.
When you message our WhatsApp Business number, we receive your WhatsApp name, number and the messages and files you send, through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We use them only to serve you, keep them in our customer records, and reply from the same number. We send you messages on WhatsApp only about your enquiries and bookings, or if you have agreed to receive offers.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to deliver your trip — with airlines, hotels, local tour operators (DMCs), transport providers, visa and insurance providers — and with service providers who help us run our business (for example payment processing, email delivery, messaging and secure cloud hosting). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations (generally up to 8 years for invoices and accounts). Passport and ID copies are kept only as long as needed for the booking and related follow-up.
Security
Your information is stored with reputable cloud providers, protected by access controls and encrypted connections. Only our team members who need it can access it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). You can also withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. See how to delete your data.
Children
We collect information about children only from their parents or guardians, as part of a family booking.
