Terms of service

These terms apply when you use gokigrand.com, chat with Miss Hanna, or contact Goki Grand Tours & Travels (Erode, Tamil Nadu, India) by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Quotations and bookings

Quotations are prepared for you and are valid until the date shown. Prices depend on availability and exchange rates and are confirmed only when your booking is confirmed and the advance is received. The payment schedule, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms shown on your quotation or booking page form part of your agreement with us.

Payments and taxes

Amounts are in Indian Rupees and include GST as shown. TCS is collected on overseas packages where the law requires and can be adjusted against your income tax. Online payments are processed by our payment partner.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the airlines, hotels and other suppliers involved, and to the cancellation terms on your booking. Some fees (for example airline tickets and visa fees) are non-refundable once issued.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure traveller names match passports or IDs, passports are valid for at least six months, and you hold the visas and health documents you need.

Our role

We arrange services provided by independent suppliers. We take care in choosing them, but we are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, government action or supplier failures; we will always help you find the best available alternative.
